Terms of Service

1. What Retirivo is — and is not

Retirivo is educational retirement-planning software. It lets you model scenarios, run simulations, and explore estimates based on the information you enter and general assumptions you control.

Retirivo is not individualized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and is not a substitute for any of them. Retirivo is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, tax preparer, or law firm, and no output of the service — scores, signals, projections, comparisons, or anything else — is a recommendation to take or refrain from any action. Outputs are estimates built on simplified models and assumptions that will differ from your actual results. Confirm any significant decision with a qualified professional who knows your full situation.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to use Retirivo.

3. Subscription, trial, and billing

  • New accounts include a free trial (currently 14 days). No payment method is required during the trial.
  • After the trial, eligible new members pay $99 for the first year. The membership renews at $129/year.
  • You can cancel any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. See the Refunds & Cancellation policy for details.
  • If a payment fails, we allow a short grace period before access is paused. Access resumes when payment succeeds.
  • The membership renews annually unless canceled. We will give advance notice before a price change affects an existing subscriber.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the plan information you enter. We use it only to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data or permanently delete your account through the authenticated Account page. If self-service is unavailable, use the support contact below.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service, and don't resell or redistribute it without permission.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the service's outputs.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
